You will receive approximately 70-80 lbs of pork - completely processed and packaged in vacuum sealed packs pre-portioned for long term freshness and easy meals!


You can expect:
A variety of ground, chops, sausages, roasts, ribs, ham, bacon, bacon ends, and tenderloin.

We will discuss specific sausages depending on where animal will be headed for processing.
